With over 70 years combined experience in both racing and the development of four stroke exhausts systems, Two Brothers Racing announces the release of its new M-6 series exhaust system for the highly anticipated Kawasaki KLX110-L.

Kawasaki’s KLX110-L delivers strong, controllable power and surprising acceleration. By adding a custom designedTwo Brothers Racing performance exhaust system you will experience increased throttle response and more power in the critical areas of the powerband.

Factory installed U.S. Forestry Service approved screen type spark arrestor included with our stainless/aluminum systems.  Save weight, improve sound and gain power throughout the rev range with our race track proven stainless steel and aluminum exhaust system.

Header Features:

• Mandrell bent thinwall (0.35" x 1.125") stainless steel headpipe
• CNC machined stainless steel headpipe collar
• CNC machined aluminum headpipe flange (gold anodized)

Muffler Features:

• Thinwall extruded 6061 T-6 aluminum sleeve
• TIG welded canister mount for easy installation and extreme durability
• CNC machined inlet cap
• 1.5" x .035" stainless steel perf core
• High temperature packing material
• CNC machined and threaded outlet end for easy repack
• Removable die-cst magnesium M-6 outlet
• USFS approved spark arrestor included (removable)
• Optional sound reducing "Mini" MX P2 PowerTipTM (gold anodized) available, part # 005-P2
