Two Brothers Racing has been working with Operation Homefront since 2010 by donating a portion of online sales.

"Teaming up with Operation Homefront is an unbelievable honor," Jeff Whitten, Vice President of Two Brothers Racing, said. "At Two Brothers Racing, we are not new to supporting charitable organizations and fundraising, but the entire staff felt like doing something bigger and more concentrated. After some intense research into what organization would be a good match for Two Brothers Racing’s ideals, we saw Operation Homefront as an excellent choice. We truly feel OHSoCal provides the much needed assistance and extremely usable benefits to military families that are giving back to our country every day."

In the coming months this charity will need more than help than ever in welcoming our troops home from Iraq and eventually Afghanistan. Operation Homefront provides emergency and morale assistance for our troops, the families they leave behind, and for wounded warriors when they return home. A nonprofit 501(c)(3), Operation Homefront leads more than 4,500 volunteers in 23 chapters nationwide and has met more than 105,000 needs of military families.

Maximize Your TBR Canister!

Two Brothers Racing’s M & C series spring-mounted slip-on canisters all feature our patented and exclusive lightweight thinwall die cast aluminum one-piece inlets and outlets. We started business in 1999

Why did you decide to open a powersports distributor?

We decided when I was 17 years old, together my dad and sister, when a friend of us that had a Distributor company decided to stop the business, and with our small experience decide to take and move forward with the business, starting with ProX Racing Parts, after this we keep hard working on the market, improving the business, adding some good brands and products, and so, Brasil Racing happens... it is a big history, we are very proud to be here, and very proud today to be part of Two Brothers worldwide team.

We loved the industry. We met a lot of very nice people all over the world, we have a lot of fun together a lot of business, representing some of the best brands and companies in the world, likeTwo Brothers.

I am not sure, maybe the HD cameras, that is a new introduction for us, also Two Brothers is “new” for us.

What Sleeve Material Should You Get?

Regardless of sleeve material or shape, all of our canisters perform and sound the same. We manufacture our exhaust systems from different materials to allow you to best match our canister to your bike.

Polished/Brushed Aluminum

Aluminum is a very lightweight and strong material used extensively in the aerospace, automotive, and of course, motorcycle industries. Aluminum is a wise choice due to its excellent strength to weight ratio, corrosion resistance, and clean look. We use lightweight thin-wall .060” extruded 6061 aluminum alloy that is heat treated to a T-6 condition for increased strength, durability, hardness, and finish hold. After the aluminum has been heat treated, it is cut to length and given a brushed satin finish. Ounce for ounce aluminum is the best value of all our M & C Series mufflers. As a rule our aluminum mufflers weigh about 8.3oz. more than Titanium or Carbon Fiber mufflers.

Carbon Fiber

We have been using Carbon Fiber in motorcycle mufflers since 1992. We are currently the only US Company to exclusively use Filament Wound Carbon Fiber (FWCF) on every carbon fiber muffler we sell. We draw on only the best high temperature resins, and control a proprietary lining system adopted from spacecraft, for additional heat resistance. Our FWCF is continuously wound over a precision machined mandrel for a 100% seamless bond. The FWCF tube is then cured in a high temperature autoclave oven for superior strength and heat resistance. These crucial elements meld to form a precision lightweight muffler that will perform as well as it looks.

Titanium

By weight titanium is one of the world’s strongest readily available metals, making it ideal for our M & C series mufflers. It is 45% lighter than steel with comparable strength, and twice as strong as aluminum while being only 60% heavier. That’s right titanium is HEAVIER than aluminum, but since it is twice as strong we are able to use very thin (.024”) material to construct our Titanium muffler. The result is a muffler that is about 8.3oz. lighter than our M or C series aluminum mufflers. Titanium has become an industry standard for motorcycle mufflers due to its durability, corrosion resistance, lightweight, and factory look.

When did Juicypipes open?

Juicypipes, the UK importer ofTBR products, has been running for 2 years. Our background is that we’ve had a motorcycle dealership, Jordan Bikes, for 8 years now.

Why did you decide to distribute?

As a dealer, we already soldTBR products anyway, but two years ago the previousTBR importer disappeared and we had unfulfilled orders, so we contacted you guys to buy the stock direct, and after a lot of discussion, we became the sole UK importer.

What do you like most about the power sports industry?

The fact that we sell adult toys, so no matter how old the customer, they are a kid at heart.

What product or service do you provide that customers may not know about?

We’re going to work hard this year to get the Juicebox Pro into peoples minds over here, as the Power Commander is the fuel controller choice for most people at the moment, and has been for decades. People who have chosen the JB Pro have been delighted, and so we are going to make inroads into this area this year.

What are some of your most popular products?

We’ve always sold a lot of exhausts for the 2009/2010 R1, and also for the Suzuki B-King.This year, by a mile, we’ll sell more Black Series carbon systems for the new ZX10R, we already have a waiting list !

What do you like about havingTwo Brothers?

It’s such a great product, that we love to represent it. Customers in the UK are oftenTBR virgins, as the brand is only just becoming big over here, and the first time they see and feel a carbon exhaust, their faces are like they are touching something alien, totally awestruck by how light and well made it is.

What is your favorite power sport vehicle to ride?

I currently have a GSXR750K7 race bike for track days, and for the last 10 years I’ve had various tuned up Gilera Runner scooters for the road; great fun when everyone else is on a sports bike.

Do you have a favorite riding spot?

Without question Cadwell Park race circuit in Lincolnshire has the best piece of tarmac anywhere on the planet, known as ‘The Mountain.’ If you’ve never heard of it, type into you tube ‘Josh Brookes Cadwell Park’ That will explain all !

One of your most memorable riding experiences?

I’m a sports bike rider through and through, but a couple of years ago me and my lady took out a Harley to see what all the fuss was about. It was an FXDSTISRCS F? Anyway, it was blue, and we had an awesome ride around the countryside. Both of us loved it.There was no thrill, no adrenaline, no risk of a high side, but we got to look at the view as we rode, and we really had time to appreciate being in the open air. We even saw an eagle, how apt!

Fun facts about Juicypipes employees?

We’re a small team here. We have Nicky, who is half Spanish, and uses her family heritage for justification when she gets mad. EG it’s my latin blood, I can’t help it.Officer. We have Bob, AKA Big Bad Bob, ‘cos he’s big, and, er... bad, and myself, Nick, and I do the artwork for advertisements and pay the bills !

Leeds is the biggest city in the north of England, and Peter O’Toole comes from there. So does Ernie Wise in case you don’t know who Peter O’Toole is.

The Goal: A racing motorcycle is all about more power and less weight and an exhaust system is the first step towards accomplishing that goal. The ultimate racing exhaust system has no muffler at all, as seen in F1 and MotoGP. In the real world however mufflers are required so the motorcycle does not exceed noise level restrictions. No performance muffler makes more power and has less weight than the tried and proven straight-through perforated core design. This is the reason that race motorcycles use them. And the porous fiber-mineral packing around the perf-core is what makes it a muffler, attenuating the sound output.
The Problem: The packing material around the perf-core becomes brittle after repeated heat cycles, once brittle it loses its ability to dampen sound. Furthermore it eventually brakes down and is blown out by the exhaust gases through the core’s perforations. Periodic repacking of a performance exhaust system is essential to maintain peak power output and eliminate excessive noise. A blown-out muffler loses as much as 50% of the power gain it had when new and the resulting noise generated is offensive and most often, illegal.
The Solution: The new Two Brothers Racing M2R REM muffler is the byproduct of their depth and understanding of a motorcycle performance exhaust system. TBR understands all too well the realities of keeping up with the essential and unnecessarily difficult maintenance required on a racing muffler. Our new and patent pending design, is revolutionary. Now riders can —regardless of their mechanical ability— tackle a muffler re-pack job quickly and easily. The secret is in the M2R’s modular system. Muffler re-packing is done from the outlet end of the canister while the muffler is still on the bike. Behind the familiar TBR Magnesium end cap and under their unique P-series power tip is a proprietary core lock system that holds the outer end cap, muffler core and packing in place. We sell both Juice Boxes and Power Commanders. Both products do a similar thing but in different ways. The Juice Box is designed for customers who want a simple and cost effective fuel injection solution to increase the performance of their vehicle with as little effort as possible.

Our new M-7 V.A.L.E.™ exhaust systems feature our exclusive Teflon coated, blunted, cast magnesium outlet and our exclusive X-Lite™ retaining ring. These exclusive Two Brother Racing features not only look great, but also significantly reduce the weight of the exhaust system.

The V.A.L.E.™ inlet design eliminates the use of springs and creates an adjustable mount that is rock solid when fixed in place. The system also features a precision mandrel bent, thinwall s-bend tube, and for a full system, a header pipe custom fit for each model.

	The P4 PowerTip™ was developed to fill the gap between the P1 and P1-X sound reducing tips. The P4 is more restrictive than our P1-X but quieter than the P1, reducing sound output between 5-6 dB on most pipes. Power loss is minimal. Not recommended for use with a spark arrestor screen. Like all of our other sound suppressors, the P4 is very easy to install - simply unbolt your existing M-7 endcap, drop in the P4 and reassemble. Note: The P4 is only intended for use with our M series outlets.
	Our P1 PowerTip™ (CLICK HERE) sound suppressor is a recommended accessory for our exhaust systems with M series endcaps. A straight-through sound diffuser, the TBR PowerTip™ quiets the pipe to about 3-4 dB with no significant reduction in horsepower. Not recommended for use with a spark arrestor screen. Easy to install - simply unbolt your existing M series endcap, drop in the P1 and reassemble.Note: The P1 is only intended for use with our M series outlets.

Two Brothers Racing, California’s top-level motorcycle, ATV and scooter exhaust and performance accessories manufacturer, announces an exciting partnership with Operation Homefront Southern California (OHSoCal)—providing emergency and morale assistance for our troops, the families they leave behind, and for wounded warriors when they return home.

Custom-Designed Fuel Mapping

Also, up to 10 pre-programmed TBR Power Maps (custom made and dyno-tested for each Two Brothers Racing exhaust system) are adjustable to your preference.

Riders can literally select between a TBR Power Map, custom-built maps, or even fi ne tune low, mid or high rpm ranges while sitting on the bike and without plugging in to a computer. Standard +/- 10% increments from selected map settings, different ranges are available using the supplied Top Tune software.

Computing Power

For racers and riders looking for the ultimate in precise adjustment and fuel map customization and creation, Two Brothers Racing’s Top Tune software allows PC-based Power Map creation at 250-rpm increments and 10 different throttle positions. Modifi cation parameters vary upon make and model of machine and fuel changes made in these increments are automatically interpolated between the rpm and throttle position ranges ensuring a smooth fi nal power curve.

Users can load up to 10 of their personally built Power Maps into the Juice Box Pro and select between them while in the saddle—eliminating the need to “re-boot” with the computer every time a new map is desired.
